Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Nothing was offered to me.
I paid extra money for expedited shipping and it took longer than promised to get my order.
It finally came on Friday March14. But I wasn't offered anything.
I paid for expedited shipping. I am leaving for Jamaica on Friday March14.
My order was supposed to be here between March 5-11 and today is the 12th. I needed these items for my vacation What was the sense to pay extra for shipping and it's not even here.

My order was small, so I sent them back through USPS. I received an email saying they had received it.
I sent a message through live chat about the refund, and they are saying that I will get a store credit, which is not what I asked for.
I have been on the chat twice today with the same person, and he keeps offering the same thing to me and it is not a refund, but a credit. I am so frustrated and disappointed in this and will not shop here again.

Trying to get help from customer service
I have been charged for merchandise that has not come and they are saying my charge did not go thru. I have the bill in front of me the date and charge on my account.
Trying to get in touch with someone to get it straightened out.
The phone number is just busy all the time. Cant get thru!

My package has been sitting at the airport and has not moved since December 18th. The package was supposed to be here no later than January 1, which is tomorrow.
It hasnt even left their country yet.
Very disappointed in the customer service and the fact that when you call them, you just get a number to be able to text them a message. Customer service is nonexistent.!!!

All I need is a label. I've had nothing but problems trying to get one.
Why? So, I'm not very happy right now.
Why is it such a problem to return and get a label? And all you get is a busy signal.
Questions about my order which was ordered 1month ago
I have never recieved my order which was made on the 2 of Nov. I paid 15.00 extra to have this order to come in soon, for the good that did.
I was told that my order would be delivered by the 10th of Dec. Now I am told by the 12 or the 14th.
I contacted USPS and they tell me they have no order for me. Yes I am pissed, what is going on.
