Never received swim suit order

I placed a swim suit order with Rotita in July of2017 and have not received my order, but my credit card has been charged.I have tried several times to express my concerns through their costumer service contact center, but I am not getting any results.

Horrible system! I hope this inquiry will materialize some answers. Please know I am unable to locate my ticket confirmation number. I just have the listed charge on my credit card.

With that said, I'm obviously listed in their system.

I only ordered two tops yet they ended up on 3 different order numbers. I'm thinking only one order was completed anyway and the other two emails indicate orders are waiting for payment confirmation. Please help straighten this up. Thanks
