Rotita - Impossible to Contact
I am trying to get questions answered. When I try to register website tells me my email already used ( yes, for my order).
When I put in my email it they tell me no such email exists. NO way to contact them. If I ever get my order I will not order again and I am going on social media to expose them! Thank goodness I am only possibly out $35.
Shipping date lot longer than originally though too. Beware.
Stick to known US companies. Glad I used PayPal, as I will be enlisting their help if a problem receiving my order

I am having the same problem
I ordered two dresses for Rotita in January. It is now Feb 20 and I have not received my items nor heard for them.
I track the items and said it was delivered but it has not been delivered. There seems to be no way to contact them. This is not good business.
I am reporting the to the Better Business Bureau. I can't afford this
I'm still waiting for a purchase, can not get in touch with them. I sent an email no ans. They don't have a phone number?
Rotita impossible to contact. In fact i Have been waiting two weeks for customer service to reply.
I will be asking for a stop payment if my product does not arrive in the next two days. My first and last time ordering on line. Damn shame there is no phone number to call!!!!
Most disappointed, to the extreme will no longer shop at Macy's. Parent company from what I have been told.
