Because they did have my order and they gave me my my order number and when my order would be shipped and received.I made a mistake about them.

I made a mistake about them, I called and they updated me on my order and with details.on shipping dates and on the arrival date. So I will say that I recommend them because that's what I like is to get a full update on what I purchased.

Product is not right

The top to this bathing suit does not match the bottoms. Looks ridiculous. The bottom is a dark navy, the top is lighter and is too big. Does not look like it goes together.

Missing bottoms of bathing suit

I ordered a 2 piece bathing suit. Only the top was shipped. I paid for 2 pieces only got the top. Then I get an email from Rotita saying I only order the too and need to pay for the bottoms. My email was read incorrectly and now they expect me to buy the bottoms. It probably a computer processing my email cause it was not read correctly!

En febrero 12 compré un traje de baño el cual se regresó, el tamaño era muy pequeño, creo que los tamaños corren más pequeños en esta compañía, hace 3 semanas regrese mi compra.Desafortunadamente fue imposible comunicarme por teléfono entonces opté por la opción de mensajes lo cual me parece que deberían de recibir más entrenamiento. la mayoría de las veces las respuestas no estaban acordes con mis preguntas, pero en lo que sí estaban claros era en recordarme que tenía que pagar $9.99 para procesar mi devolución, lo cual lo hice el pago en marzo 17, me dijeron que bebía esperar 10 días laborables desde el momento que recibieran mi devolución.

Todo se a procesado de acuerdo a la política de la compañía y sigo esperando. Sinceramente a este punto no es tanto por la cantidad de dinero sino por la falta de respeto al cliente. Mis expectativas con Rotita eran muy altas desafortunadamente esta fue la primera y última vez que haré negocio con esta compañía.

Espero que mi comentario o frustración realmente pueda ayudar a otras personas con el mismo problema. Gracias

Oh poor pitiful you. Living in Columbus (the Black Hole of Ohio, where everything goes in and nothing comes back out except more rules, taxes and nasty letters) and getting worked over by some Chinese website on the same day would be too much for me.
